His NED portfolio includes 10-12 recruitment and sales led organisations with oversight for strategy, growth, coaching, succession planning and process improvement.
Andrew has supported two recruitment businesses through an EOT (employee-owned trust) and currently sits on the board of these.

After some discovery of the people and the business, a priority list is drawn up and straight away we start working on those elements of the business that need attention to improve performance.
