COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Welcome to Recruitment FDs Community! We're delighted to have you as a part of our vibrant and supportive community. To ensure a positive and respectful environment for everyone, we have established these Community Guidelines. By participating in our community, you agree to abide by these guidelines.


1. Be Respectful

Treat all members of the community with kindness, respect, and empathy. Engage in constructive and thoughtful discussions. Avoid personal attacks, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.


2. Chatham House Rules

Our community may operate under the Chatham House Rules for certain discussions. Under these rules, you can use the information shared during discussions but not reveal the identity or affiliation of the speakers. Respect the confidentiality of the discussions and the privacy of our community members.


3. No Hate Speech or Harmful Content

Do not post content that promotes hate speech, violence, self-harm, or any form of harm to others. This includes, but is not limited to, content that incites discrimination, harassment, or illegal activities.

4. Protect Personal Information

Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal or confidential information about community members or any third parties without their explicit consent.

5. Be Mindful of Copyright

Respect intellectual property rights. Do not share copyrighted material without the appropriate permissions, and always provide proper attribution when necessary.

 

6. Report Inappropriate Behaviour

If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines or any other concerning conduct, please report it to the community moderators or administrators promptly. We are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

 

7. No Trolling or Harassment

Trolling, flaming, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated. If you have a genuine disagreement or criticism, express it respectfully.

 

8. Follow Community-Specific Rules

In addition to these general guidelines, some specific sub-communities or discussions within our community may have their own rules. Please adhere to these rules when participating in those areas.

Consequences of Violation

Failure to adhere to these Community Guidelines may result in actions such as warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the community. The severity of the action will depend on the nature and repetition of the violation.
