What are your core areas of expertise? 
I have executive leadership experience in recruitment businesses and in consulting/advisory businesses. Building high-performance leadership teams, performance management, operational process improvement, innovative growth strategies, new markets and new market development, contracting growth and advisory-led managed service solutions.


What size companies do you consult to? 
My experience up until 2019 was with a global business ($6billion t/o) where I ran UK, South American, and Middle East operations.
Subsequently in 2020 I launched an advisory business from scratch to now be present in UK, Dublin, Sydney, HK and Singapore turning over close to €30m.
I also ran a recruitment business spanning Ireland, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Japan turning over €200m in that period. 
 I have always been “hands-on” so am equally comfortable with smaller but dynamic or fast-growth businesses. 


How do you work with businesses?
I have worked from desk-level as a contract biller all the way through to running businesses with hundreds of staff….so I am extremely comfortable with all aspects of a business whether that be high level strategy or the daily operational rigour of the teams.  I have huge knowledge and experience and want to share that.  I tend to partner with the Founders, Owners or CEOs to be clear on strategic direction and to clearly align on strengths and weaknesses found ….and then work with leadership across the business as required to deliver the required change/outcomes.
