Mostly SMEs and owner/managed in the 15-50, up to £5-7m NFI bracket looking to structure their business to maximise enterprise value.
How do you work with businesses?
I also work with owners/CEOs on improving the attraction, retention, training and development of staff (particularly entry-level and leadership) to deliver upon the sales goals and operational infrastructure which drives that growth. Often, this ends up in an initial, hands-on period for discovery, engagement and adoption alongside the leader, followed by ongoing review and realignment both at a board and leadership level.
