M&A in Recruitment: The CFO’s experience

The latest event from the Recruitment FDs network will focus on the CFO’s experience of managing an M&A process.

With several high-profile UK deals already completed in 2024 and with plenty of PE money looking for a home in the sector, now is a good time to be getting your house in order.

We have invited CFOs with exit experience to share their insights as well as Corporate Finance Advisors, M&A Lawyers, PE Funds & other funders.

We only ever hear about the successful transactions in the recruitment press. So, we’re going to look at what can go wrong through a transaction and what you can be doing today to mitigate against that.

Maybe most importantly, we’ll be talking about how the CFO, FD or Head of Finance can maximise their reward for guiding the business successfully through the Due Diligence process. These numbers can be big, so make sure you listen up for this bit!

There will be presentations, panel discussions and as always plenty of time for questions.
