Mark is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in recruitment and outsource recruitment solutions. Renowned for operational TA leadership, having led operational recruitment teams of up to 250 and responsible for recruitment budgets and P&Ls that vary in size from £2m to £110m per year with per annum hiring numbers between 8,000-40,000.

Specialising in innovative solution design, effective recruitment strategy, and transformation in every aspect Total Talent Solutions design for large volume-based organisations. 

Delivering large-scale change for the likes of Allied Healthcare, Bupa, Abu Dhabi Health Service, Bristol Myers Squibb, Lend Lease, IBM, Mondelez, easyJet, KPMG, Sky and Rolls Royce to name a few. Mark has worked with some of the largest RPO/MSP (Cielo, AMS, Manpower, Hays, IBM, Retinue) providers to build and scale their service offerings, as well as acting as a Board adviser for Growth strategies. Having also held the post of Managing Director for IBM Talent Solutions for the Middle East and Africa, Mark is well versed in scaling businesses in new markets and geographies.

I have consulted into organisations of varying size but always with large scale growth initiatives. This can be from a small 50 person Company to a Corporate employing in excess of 100,000.


How do you work with businesses?
I work on a day-rate fractional basis with businesses, for a set period of time.
