The Recruitment FDs WhatsApp group is one of the most active on my phone!
It’s a fast-moving, dynamic space where members share insights, ask questions, and support each other.
However, we know there’s always room to improve. Some members have told us that not all discussions feel relevant to their business, while others find the size of the group a little intimidating when it comes to posting.
Our solution?
We’re launching segmented WhatsApp communities - smaller, more focused subgroups based on key areas such as:
Business size (e.g., by billing desks)
Specialisms (e.g., Executive Search, US Expansion)
Supplier discussions and other niche topics
By creating these tailored groups, we’re ensuring that every conversation remains engaging, relevant, and valuable while keeping the energy and responsiveness that make our WhatsApp community so unique.
