Ashley Rice – Leadership Coach
Former Director of Hays and Managing Director of JCW, Ashley spent two decades growing and developing global recruitment teams. Now a qualified coach with the ICF, he uses his experience to take ambitious leadership teams and achieve the growth plans drawn out by leading CEOs and owners of recruitment businesses.
Ashley’s first 10 years were spent within tech recruitment at Hays where he built and ran teams of up to 70 in the technology space.
He then moved to become MD of a high growth financial services governance recruitment business in the City. During his time here he was instrumental in scaling the business to 40 people, diversifying into the Life Sciences and European Markets and building and developing the entire management team.
He took the business through IIP and also achieved a top 5 placing in JCWs first showing in The Sunday Times Top 100 Places To Work.
Ashley has always been passionate about growing and developing teams. That is why he trained and qualified as a coach with the ICF in 2016. He now uses his unique skill set to build capability in leadership teams to deliver growth.
He does this through running 6 month bespoke leadership programmes that blend training, coaching and mentoring to achieve transformational results in the capability of the leadership team.

favourable rates & offers
Programmes are charged at a daily rate of £1250 + VAT. Typically a team of 4 would require a day a month and a team of 8 would require two days a month. Payment terms are 14 days after session has been delivered.
Recruitment FDs members will receive a £150/day reduction to £1100/day.
